What its about

Over 400 bottles of wine from around the world.

We are pretty proud of our collection with the average bottle being less than $30 making exploring the fascinating world of wine available for everyone.

We offer an ever changing menu by the glass or flight.

Our flights include choosing four 2.5 oz pours from the current offerings for $25, or the all nine wines on the menu for $55.

These flights are also super sharable so bring a friend.

We don’t offer food however all outside food in to go containers are welcome.

1. Domaine Martinolles Le Berceau Blanquette NV

Region: Languedoc-Roussillon, FR | Varietals: Blend | Abv: 12 | Bottle 24 Glass 14

Aromas of fresh green apple, white peach, and citrus zest lead this classic blend. The palate is crisp and creamy with a delicate mousse, highlighting bright tree fruit and a subtle, honeyed minerality on a vibrant finish.

2. Domaine Jacourette 2021 Rosé

Region: Provence, FR | Varietal: Blend | Abv: 13 | Bottle 25 Glass 14

Aromas of wild strawberry, white peach, citrus zest, and delicate herbs. The palate is crisp and elegant with bright acidity, flavors of ripe red berries and melon, and a refreshing mineral finish with subtle floral notes.

3. Domaine de Thulon Chardonnay 2021

Region: Beaujolais, France | Varietals: Chardonnay | Abv: 12.5 | Glass Only 10

A delicate association of white flowers and citrus fruits. Round, ample, and generous, with a pulpy texture that feels like biting into a grape. Mouth-watering, mixing noble astringency and fine bitterness, with a lovely aftertaste of white fruits and hot butter.

4. Federico Faraone Abruzzo Pecorino 2024

Region: Abruzzo, Italy | Varietal: Pecorino | Abv: 13 | Bottle 27  Glass 15

Vibrant and mineral, this luxurious 2024 vintage is delightfully dry and long. It features crisp, zesty acidity, green and flinty notes, and complex orchard fruits. A balanced structure makes it exceptionally food-friendly.

5. Beau Joubert Genesis Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Region: Elgin, South Africa | Varietals: Sauv Blanc | Abv: 13.5 | Bottle 19 Glass 11

This dry white wine introduces a crisp, nettle (grassy) top note. A light minerality becomes infused with lime, white peach, tropical papaya and a touch of passion fruit. A complex, yet well-balanced wine, finishing very fresh and clean with a bit of pink grapefruit.

6. Patricia Green Cellars Dollar Bills Only 2024

Region: Willamette Valley, OR | Varietals: Pinot Noir | Abv: 13.8 | Bottle 31 Glass 17

Notes of cherry, damp earth, and spice. The palate is light-to-mid weight with smooth tannins and fresh acidity, carrying tart red fruit and subtle mineral character through a clean finish.

7. Lovo Blossom Rosso Veneto IGT 2024

Region: Veneto, Italy | Varietals: Blend | Abv: 13 | Bottle 23 Glass 13

Notes of vibrant red and dark fruits on the palate meet a hint of dried herbs and peppery spice, and chilling this light-bodied red down a bit brings out a lovely, refreshing acidity.

8. Calatayud Luchador Tempranillo 2022

Region: Toro, Spain | Varietals: Tempranillo | Abv: 14 | Bottle 19 Glass 10

Full, ripe dark fruit. Cherry and plum, with hints of coffee, smoke, tar, and peppery spice. Bold and well-balanced, with plenty of juicy acidity and grippy tannins and a long, lingering finish.

9. Sparkman Kindred Cab Sauv 2022

Region: Woodinville, WA | Varietals: Cab Sauv | Abv: 14.5 | Bottle 24 Glass 13

A uniquely complex nose of black cherry, forest floor, toasted oak, vanilla, and mineral notes. The palate offers rich textures with blueberries, black currants, dark chocolate, earthy tones, and sweet herbs, wrapped in fine tannins.

Disznókő Dorgó Late Harvest Furmint 2021

Tokaji, Hungary | 2oz pour 15 | Bottle 41

Aromas of honey, dried apricot, and white flowers. The palate shows rich sweetness balanced by bright acidity, with flavors of marmalade, ginger, and stone fruit leading to a long, floral finish.

Yalumba Antique Tawny South Australia | 2oz pour 7 | Bottle 29

Amber tawny in color exhibiting aromas of rich toffee and caramels, sweet figs, chocolate, caramel and licorice spices with elegant brandy spirit and hints of nutty wood aged complexity. The palate is richly flavored featuring caramel crème brûlée with fine spirit characters and lingering flavors of dried fruits and nuts.

When you sign up for our wine clubs, we’ll curate two bottles of premium wines from award-winning and unique wineries around the world. Every wine has been carefully selected for you in order to provide the best of its varietal. Choose from quarterly or monthly available after the 15th of the month.

Events

We Do Private Parties

Looking to have a gathering of friends, coworkers, or just celebrate? We are happy to do a private event. Rather than applying a rental fee we ask for a minimum amount spent and can even create a menu based on wine you love.

Some Facts: We have a 47 person max. Typically we ask for a minimum of $300-$500 based on time of year and number of people. We can create a menu that keeps your party in budget. Currently we dont offer food but please feel free to have it catered!

A little about us

Haven’t met us yet? Our names are Chris and Aly Ramsdell. Chris comes from a career in craft brewing, a head brewer with over 20 medals including Oregon Small Brewery of the year when living in Bend Oregon. Aly is the nerd with an amazing palate from lifelong wine, coffee, and treat obsession.

You will often find Chris offering tastings and selecting the perfect bottle for our awesome patrons, with Aly close by selecting wines for our next event or club list.

Also if you are lucky enough you may meet Jackie working on events, she is the cool one that everyone loves.
